The CreatBot DX 3D printer is a high-speed printer with a 300mm x 250mm x 300mm build volume and 0.04mm print resolution. The see through walls mean you can watch as your printer creates your 3D models.

The CreatBot DX 3D printer is a high-speed printer with a 300mm x 250mm x 300mm build volume and 0.04mm print resolution. The see through walls mean you can watch as your printer creates your 3D models. The CreatBot DM has height adjustable nozzles, allowing you to manually align the nozzles quickly and efficiently. This ensures the quality of your prints by creating perfect coordination between the nozzles.

All metal chassis
To ensure a 3D printer has a stable operation, they need to be a certain weight. The CreatBot DX has an all-metal chassis which keeps the printer strong and accurate, ensuring the printer remains protected when transporting long distances.

Smart adjustable extruder
The CreatBot DX has height adjustable nozzles, allowing you to manually align the nozzles quickly and efficiently. This ensures the quality of your prints by creating perfect coordination between the nozzles. The extruders also have an intelligent cooling feature keeping the filament feeding at the prime temperature.

Automatic system shutdown
The CreatBot DX has an automatic shutdown system, which means if there has been no keyboard action five minutes after printing is completed, then the printer will turn itself off. This makes the printer not only more energy efficient but works as an added safety feature.

Exclusive multi-function keypad
The CreatBot DX is equipped with a multi-function keyboard, giving you direct and easy access to certain functions. The keyboard has nine different shortcut keys, with each key having a different function depending on the situation. Some of the features include heating or cooling the hotbed, moving the Z shaft up and down, browsing an SD card, suspending or resuming printing and getting back to the main interface.

Geared motor feeder
The CreatBot DX uses a geared motor feeder which protects the filament from slipping while wire feeding. This ensures the retraction and feeding precision is not damaged. The wire feed roller is specifically designed to make sure the wire feeding does not impair the filament.

Ceramic hotbed panel
The ceramic hotbed panel uses thermal technology that keeps the heating area at the same temperature. This increases the thermal efficiency and saves energy. The ceramic panel also has a long life because it is silicone based. The ceramic panel’s sleek design fits with the printer’s overall stylish appearance.

Metal hotbed tray
The CreatBot’s metal hotbed tray is designed to stay rigid so that there is fewer vibrations whilst printing. The metal bracket that is fixed to the hotbed tray keeps the printer strong with its 10mm thickness and makes the hotbed seamlessly blend into the printer’s exterior.

Remote wire feeder architecture
By having the wire feeding device placed at the back of the machine, less weight is placed on the extruder head. This results in a faster working printer. The CreatBot DX has a printing speed of 120 mm/s.
